Can't download an app

I was trying to download the Origin app to my computer via Safari, when It asked me if It was ok to have access to the computer to download/ ask my password to give permission I accidentally clicked stop/cancel. Now when I try to redownload the app, put It Ito my application folder like prompted It go into the folder but as soon as I go to click the App icon It pops up with this screen. Is there anyway to fix this? It always comes up blank.
