Need help. I use LGE mobile banking app. Suddently I cannot log in via my iphone 12 pro due to an authentication error message. I have re started my phone. Deleted and reinstalled the app. My software is up to date.
I am using an iPhone 12 Pro. My software is up to date. I am trying to log into my Mobile Banking App - LGE community credit union, from the App Store. I have used in hundreds of times before from my iPhone. Suddenly while in the grocery store, I could not log in and received an authentication error message. Since then that’s all I get when trying to log in from my phone. I have turned my phone on and off. Turned airplane mode on and off. Deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. Changed my password. I can log in with the same credentials I am trying to use from my iPhone to LGE website. It works fine. I can also log in with same credentials from my iPad Pro, no problem. My husband logs in via his iPhone 12 Pro with the exact same credentials with no problem. I am working the the digital folks at LGE but no one has solved this issue yet. If you can help, please do.
