I can’t call through my ipad air 2
I insert my sim card in my iPad Air 2 but i can’t answer any calls or massages!!

That is correct. An iPad is not a cellular telephone. It has no ability to make or receive calls or SMS (cellular) messages. Your SIM card is used for cellular data when wi-fi is not available.
