ECG on Apple Watch Series 6

I recently got an Apple Watch Series 6, and set up my health stuff (there are a lot of heart conditions in my family health history). I have been trying to take an ECG for almost a week, and for some reason can’t get past “Hold your finger on the crown”. I’ve restarted my watch and I’ve even factory reset it, still nothing. I don’t know what else I can try, I’m not even sure how long it’s supposed to take to get a result, but I do know it doesn’t take 10 minutes. Any suggestions or recommendations are greatly appreciated, thank you!!
