Apple Music Error Code 18004
All of a sudden my Apple Music has stopped working.
Error 1: Cloud Music Library
Genius results can't be updated right now. An unknown error encountered. (18004)
Error 2: when I try to add a new album
he iCloud Music Library can't be updated right now
It has been so frustrating that I have completely reformatted my Mac Studio and created a new account - the same thing happens.
On a completely different computer, my MacBook Pro, the same errors happen.
I even reset my iPhone and started as a new phone from scratch. Whilst you can add music to your phone, you cannot on any other computer.
Have tried wifi, ethernet connections and am this close to signing to Spotify and being done with this.
CAN ANYONE HELP?
