What happens if my App Store subscription payments gets delayed?

I’m in the middle of switching my accounts and it ends up taking longer than expected and I have a couple of subscriptions. I have payments that.had payments due and didn’t get paid because of the delay of switching accounts

I switched to a bank account near me and they said it would take about two weeks to get a debit card and I need it to get my payments done and I still haven’t gotten the debit card

If you have defaulted on subscription payments because you closed the previous bank account then your account is likely inactive. When you have a new debit card from your new bank, add it to your account and it should immediately charge you for the defaulted payments. If it doesn't, call Apple Support to resolve your issue with them.
