I purchased funds on my Apple ID but it’s not credited yet

I purchased funds on my apple ID but it’s not credited yet and there is no purchase history as well in my purchases on my device but my money has got deducted from my account and google pay is saying that the money has been sent to Apple successfully. contacted everyone my bank , google services all are saying its stucked with apple , as transaction is cleared . Very poor customer support apple , as i tried each and every option but cant find mine , please help me get my money back ,

i am having my RRN number with me

- If you think that your Apple ID balance is incorrect, sign out of the App Store or iTunes Store, then sign back in and check the balance again. If you still think that the balance is incorrect, check your purchase history to see if a subscription renewed or you bought an item that used the funds. If you still have problems:


Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Follow the steps I already provided for contacting Apple should the other steps not resolve your situation.


As for the number not working, try the online contact method instead. You are the first person I have seen who has said that number does not work, so either you are not in India (most Apple numbers do not work from outside the country) or there is something very special about your telephone service.

Hey ,

I am in India , also tried calling with my friends mobile , it say "number doesn't exist" , please check on this apple (as i never expected this from a reputated company like apple) . For me my large amount is stucked , also i tried online way in which its saying to select the purchase but my purchase is not there ... dont know how ill come out this but really i am disheartened with the services
