How to dectivate ALL swiping?

Hi, unfortunately the "More Gestures" tab in System Preferences won't let me deactivate swiping e.g. for Notes. Is there any way to do this? I really don't want to accidentally delete notes by swiping left (even if I can recover them from "recently deleted").
