What is happening with your sim? It can be that your sim is defective but please try and install a carrier settings update to see if the issues persist
- Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
- Tap Settings > General > About.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.
