The dots you're seeing in your calendar are likely due to iCloud synchronization. When you turn off iCloud for Calendars,it will erase all calendars from your iPhone and stop syncing them with iCloud. However, the dots may still be visible until iCloud has finished syncing. You can try waiting a few hours or turning off iCloud for Calendars and then turning it back on to see if that resolves the issue.

Here are the steps on how to turn off iCloud for Calendars:

  1. Go to Settings > [Your name] > iCloud.
  2. Scroll down and tap Calendars.
  3. Toggle the switch next to Calendars to Off.

Once you've turned off iCloud for Calendars, you can turn it back on by following the same steps and toggling the switch back to On.

If the dots are still visible after trying these steps, it's possible that there is an issue with your calendar data. You can try deleting your calendar data and then syncing it with iCloud again. Here are the steps on how to do that:

  1. Go to Settings > [Your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
  2. Tap Calendars.
  3. Tap Delete Backup.
  4. Tap Delete.
  5. Tap Sync Now.

Once your calendar data has been deleted and synced with iCloud again, the dots should be gone. If still not, let me know it.
