Badge award

Hi, I recently completed 12/2023 challenge and it’s missing the award badge. I’ve screen shotted it as proof but is now asking for 1/2024 challenge. How do I get it as it also happened for April last year which is also missing

may challeng Appreciate if anyone can tell me how to get the May challenge badge. It only says to earn the award by setting a Move streak of at least 7 days. Does this mean it has to be 7 consecutive days? I already close the Move ring for 7 days though it's not consecutive. Thanks for the answers in advance.

Limited Edition Challenges I’ve completed the criteria for the last 2 limited edition challenges, waited the 9 days and haven’t received either of the badges. Both phone and watch are up to date and connected to wifi.
