Badge award

Hi, I recently completed 12/2023 challenge and it’s missing the award badge. I’ve screen shotted it as proof but is now asking for 1/2024 challenge. How do I get it as it also happened for April last year which is also missing

Does this mean it has to be 7 consecutive days? I already close the Move ring for 7 days though it's not consecutive. Thanks for the answers in advance.

International Women’s Day Badge I received notification for a new challenge coming up, and even though I did workout March 8th, the badge never showed up. I tried restarting both my phone and watch after working out but it didn't do anything. Is there a chance I'll get this award for completing the challenge?

Ring in the new year challenge didn't work I've completed what is required for the challenge, but the badge stays grey.
