my iphone 12 shows service expired
I bought preowned iphone beginning December 2023 now on 1st January 2024 is showing coverage expired and its on current software update 17.2.1

Apple doesn't sell pre-owned phones so the store you bought it from isn't an Apple store or authorized reseller. They sold you a used phone with an expired Apple warranty. You will have to take this up with the store that sold you the phone.
