tbw of my AP0256Z in mac mini m2

I've been using Windows most of my life and switched to mac completely a month ago, and I have a few questions,

why does launchd use so much disk? how do I find out how long and which processes were causing this download? spotify also uses the disk, but I moved the cache to my hard drive, how do I find out which disk accounts for most of the load?

I have a mac mini on m2 with a 256 GB SSD, and I want to extend its service life, how do I do this? is there any information about my disk's tbw?

in one month of using a Mac, almost 3 TB of information was written to my disk, and I do not consider this normal, please tell me about your experience using this disk and how many terabytes it can withstand

Mac mini, macOS 13.6

Many things do not work in Safe Mode, I do not know exactly what, but if you can do whatever you do with the Mac in Safe Mode then it'd be fine.

To see what those 2 processes are doing you need to Sample them one at a time, but that is difficult & time consuming to figure out from there.:(

In regular boot mode...

now it consumes some memory, thanks! I will keep an eye on the situation in the future, can you show your activity monitor? I'm wondering which system processes are loading your system. I would like to compare mine with yours, because my computer has been behaving strangely lately, why would mac os load 2 GB of swap if I have so much free memory?

after 5 hours, launched uploaded only 700 MB, over time, I think it will be more, but it's already better than it was before. Thanks again!

now logd starts loading the disk, what is it and what can be done with it so that it stops accessing the disk?

this is the result in almost 16 hours, why do you have 6 GB in 2 days, and I have 16 hours? what other reasons could there be for this? how can I find out which application is loading the disk?

Sorry, English is not my native language. I am communicating with you through a translator.

I opened activity monitor, sorted the record rate to disk, there are karnel_task and launchd in the tops, they practically upload something to disk every second and I do not know how to see what they record.

Now I have launched the mac in safe mode and launchd has stopped writing so much data to disk, can I always use safe mode? What can I not do using it?

Well,Apple has messed up the order of displaying replies, so it's not below here anyway, if it was the one on the first, before you deleted those flles, then I'd like to see a new one, occasionally more things will show up ater getting rid of some fluff.
