How do I find if I’m using 2.4Ghz on my iPad?

There is no way to tell on your device if you are connected using 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz. You may be able to tell on your router or create different networks on your router using either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz only to force the iPad to use that speed when connected.
