Multiple Apple Music Libraries

Is it possible to have a music library with my everyday downloaded music AND another library that I can sync just the music from apple music service that I marked as 'loved'. I tried to download a song from music service into a newly created blank library. When I clicked the "merge library" button (from the prompt that say I had to merge library before this would work), playlists from my everyday music library began populating into the newly created library. The exact opposite of what I wanted it to do. Thanks

You can have multiple local libraries, but only one iCloud Music Library associated with your Apple Music or iTunes Match subscription. If you enable Sync Library all content in your cloud library is added in, and any novel content in the library is matched or uploaded to your iCloud Music Library.

Note you can use smart playlists to reveal a subset of your iCloud Music Library that meets certain conditions, e.g. has been loved.

javaliga, thanks for the link. I've followed that post a few times before posting my question here. I want to do the opposite of what the 'Sync Library' option does. Sync Library states, "Show all the music you've added, purchased and uploaded.....". What I want to do is mark songs in the Apple Music service and then have a way of seeing/playing just those marked songs. Thanks
