SIM cards not supported

neither of my SIM cards are working after activating lost phone on one of my devices (not the current one)

iPhone won't accept the SIM card Hi. I recently lost my phone, when found again, it connects to the Wi-Fi etc but won’t accept the simcard… I’ve tried multiple sims but nothing happens.
