iPhone XR power off
I cannot power off my iPhone XR using the side buttons. what's the alternative?
Here is what you can do: Settings, general, scroll down and tap shut down

Are you using the correct procedure, which is to hold the volume up and side power button at the same time, until the slider to power off appears?
