My phone is not charging, what issue is this?

Has the battery been replaced?
What is reported at Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity?
Is it only charging to 80% like what is outlined with the Optimized Charging feature?
Have you tried a different cable or plugged into another device to eliminate problem with the charger or cable?
