I am having the same issues except literally December 2023 I had a E digital Visa gift card that I was able to use on Apple Pay with the Apple Pay wallet, come January 2024 I was no longer able to add an E digital visa gift card to my Apple wallet I have tried with two separate cards now and it’s still not working any updates would be greatly appreciated on why this is not working and if it will be fixed if it helps I got the gift card through Walmart
