Keyboard Problems

I recently dropped the lower half of my iPhone 14 Pro in water. Thankfully the speakers and charging port work fine, but the keyboard is messed up. I can no longer type the letter "L" or use quotation marks! Or anything in that spot specifically.

I've tried restarting my phone to see if that will solve the issue, but nothing!

Phone presses enter by itself and keeps starting a new line Ive had this problem with my Iphone 11 from the moment ive updated it to ios 17. I assumed that i would not have the same problem when i would upgrade to a new phone. I now have an iphone 16 plus, and it does the exact same thing. It started doing it the same day i got it out of the box. Cleaning the screen or removing the protector does not help. I reset all of my phone settings, did not help. Ive restarted the phone numerous times, did not do anything. Turned off every auto-correction feature the keyboard has. It keeps starting new lines at random, even when pressing letters that are very far away from the enter button.

You have water damage which usually can't be repaired. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
