When I try to print from my iphone to my thermal printer it says no printer found. Please help!

Is you printer AirPrint capable? If not, check the App Store and see if the manufacturer has an app that allows you to print to the printer.
Your thermal printer needs to be AirPrint compatible and also connected to the same Wifi network as your iPhone.
