Error Code 300 Apple Music library couldn't be loaded

I'm having the same issue as well. I've restarted the app, the phone, signed out, deleted the app, tried signing back in, and still no luck!
I also have reset my Wi-Fi router, I've tried using a completely different WiFi network, tried without Wi-Fi, but nothing works.
I'm currently using a pixel 7 pro, what about you?

My Apple music just started doing the same thing on galaxy S23 Ultra. it was working fine all day until now. tried uninstall and re download. log out and back in on multiple devices and its still doing it. maybe something on apples end? hopefully they will fix it soon
It's clearly an issue in their end. Mine was working fine tues. Today no dice. Also it won't let me sign into my iTunes on my windows pc. The crazy thing is I have a family plan with my husband and his works fine. So it's connected to the ID somehow. They are supposed to call me tomorrow but I doubt it'll be fixed.
So as I said we have a family share, for whatever reason it's not showing active on my apple id. Currently waiting for my husband to get off work for him to reset his and remove and then re-add me to reset it and see if that works. This is basically what they said during my call today.
It's an S10+. Got it to work. Shared Playlist then opened a new account and downloaded the Playlists. Hope that helps
I'm also having this issue on my PC. It continuously asks me to log in and says my session has expired. It's very frustrating, but at least on my PC I have my library and playlists. On my phone, it's as if my library never existed. If you don't mind, please share any feedback you get from when they call you!
