Problems signing in into my Apple ID

when I was signing into my account then I put the password then it said for to click on continue or use a different number when I clicked kn continue it didn’t do anything I did multiple times still won’t go through please help me right now

Hmm, try restarting and updating your iPhone and checking your network settings. If that doesn't work, you may need to contact Apple Support at https://getsupport.apple.com or through the Apple Support app.
