My refund request is success but i didnt recieve money. How long

Do note that refunds can take time to be processed. Refunds are made to the payment method used to purchase the item. To check the payment method, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and check the receipt of the purchase.

Depending on the payment method, it can take shorter or longer to process the refund:

• Store credit/Apple Account balance: up to 48 hours to appear in your balance
• Mobile phone billing: up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund, this can change depending on your carrier; contact your carrier for more help
• Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Apple Card, and all other payment methods: up to 30 days to show on your card statement; if it doesn't appear after 30 days, contact your financial institution

Yes, if it was not paid through the account balance. It can be a little frustrating sometimes, but from personal experience refunds usually process much faster than 30 days. If the refund does not appear on your statement after 30 days, contact Apple Support at https://getsupport.apple.com or the Apple Support app, as well as your financial institution.
