Reminders app on iPhone loads slow.

Hello everyone. I wanted to make this post because this has been affecting me for a while and I don't know any fix to it and was seeing if anybody else knew a fix. On the reminders app on the iPhone (I do have a iPhone 11 if that helps), it usually is slow and sometimes I'll open the app and it'll be a black screen and then close. I'd have to reopen it again and it might do the same thing or I'll be able to see my reminders. Also, when I open it, it freezes a little bit and then I'm able to click on my reminders. Even setting up the reminders can be slow. Any help is appreciated! :)
