I lent my Macbook pro to my daughter who deleted my account and set up 2 accounts. She then has forgotten the passcodes. She has left the Mac with me and has returned to her home. How can I get the Mac back on my devices etc

Thanks for your help. However, that did not work. When restarting the Mac, I did not get the screen as expected. See the photo below:
And When I try using command+R during start up I get a lock:

Your daughter did you no favors. Such as, why did she delete your account? There was no reason to do that. How could she have "forgotten" the password to both accounts?
Worse, she put a firmware lock on your Mac.
