Will you replace AirPods that flew from a case?
My son has had his AirPods for 4 days and dropped the case that’s a defective case correct?

Ah yes. The ol', "Nothing is ever my fault."
Your son DROPPED the case. And yet, somehow, that's Apple's fault?
And do you know what people would complain about next if Apple made the case able to withstand being dropped without opening? That they're too difficult to open.
No. It’s not a ‘defective case’.
The case is simply magnetic and anyone not doing a desk job and has them in their pocket has to stop what they are doing and easily remove them from their pocket. Luckily I’ve managed to keep both of mine in the case other usually drop one. Better cases in the future might be a great idea for the price they sell them for.
I mean if a kid can drop them on a floor from a very short distance and the AirPods fly out and break that is a poorly built product and depending on which country they are made in the materials might make them more sturdy. I have a friend who has the exact ones as mine and his connect c-c charger, mine hook in from the c and the regular chord going to my cell.
The AirPods fell from the case and broke. Poor design for the money I spent.
Probably not. Damage isn’t covered under warranty
Damage from the poor magnet case they have? They need to make a better case. I have a set myself and have to be very careful removing them from my pocket.
I bought three pairs for Christmas and my sons broke by a simple fall from his hand after having them for only four days. Looks like they need to build them in a military grade case.
