What does "Voice" mean in the iOS call drop-down menu?

when I go on my contacts and I select the name of the person I want to call and then I push call a drop-down shows the number name and then below it it says voice what does the voice mean what kind of option is that and why must I selected to call I haven't seen that at all until this evening

When trying to place a voice call through iOS contacts list and then when I press "Call" it goes to Teams or Zoom or Whatsapp rather than the stock phone dialer. Ever since updated iOS to 16.6 I sometimes make calls from my contact list. The options are message, call, video, mail, then pay. When I press call it goes to other apps like Teams, Zoom, or Whatsapp. It first went to Teams, then I deleted it. It then went to Zoom, I deleted that. It now goes to Whatsapp. It does not go to the stock iPhone dialer/keypad, etc. I've never set any of those apps as the default "voice calling app".

Voice to Text using contact info! Every time I use voice to text to dictate messages, it keeps using names from my contacts to substitute words. I do not want this feature. When I say ‘right’ it will write ‘Wright’, a name in my contacts. When I see ‘ready’ it will write ‘Reddy’, another name in my contacts.
