How to grant wallet permission in Siri Shortcut?

Hi, I have created a Siri shortcut that uses transaction as an input and sends information about transaction to my server. The idea is to use this shortcut in Automation: "When I tap a Wallet card or Pass" trigger my shortcut. Here is my shortcut: https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/017536a29f154c8393a8537cb786fe7e

Since my shortcut is accessing a wallet information, after the first transaction I get the following pop-up:

After selecting "Always Allow" my shortcut Privacy change as following:

Now to my question. This is a very inconvenience way to grant the wallet permission. I don't want to wait to first transaction and then wait for the pop-up question to grant the permission. Is it possible to modify the shortcut in any way so that the wallet permission can be granted on shortcut manual trigger? To clarify, I want to be asked about wallet permisions question after I manually trigger my shortcut and not wait until the first transaction. How do I modify the shortcut to achieve desired behavior?

Is it possible to change the shortcut in such I way, so that wallet permission pop-up will be displayed after hitting:

Thank you very much.

Have you checked your Shortcuts settings in the settings app? I’m not sure if the “run Java/SSH thing might play a part in this. If it doesn’t, check your Privacy settings maybe? I’m not too sure. And secondly, isn’t it good to be assured that you can have this alert to ensure that you don’t accidentally do something you don’t want to do with your money? This is just my opinion. Please let me know if this works.
