Dispute

I’m contacting you guys in regards to disputing 2 transactions that were on my accounts transaction history without my knowledge and or permission. Please contact me back with not only details but a full refund to me due to my not only experience but lack of empathy and support that I’ve gotten from you guys. The first transaction was on November 22, 2023 for $495 and the other one was for $1,342.26 on November 19, 2023. I never made these transactions and are asking for you guys to help me with the transactions.
