Set as current watch face not working

I am trying to update the photos on my watch face but since I updated the watch, the watch face will not change when I press “set as current watch face”. I have tried re starting and creating a watch face from scratch but it doesn’t work. And the new watch face I try to add does not show when you use 3D Touch to view faces

Can’t change my watch face I have the Apple Watch SE, and I have been trying to set my watch face to cycle through the 24 photos. I have my photos synced in settings, and when I go into the portraits section on the watch app, it says the portraits is the current face, but it still shows the standard “Metropolitan” clock face.

Watch faces won’t sync with App I just got an Apple Watch and created the face I want in the app. However, when I press set as current face nothing happens. I’ve tried the obvious turn them both off and on but hasn’t helped. Can anyone help, this is my first Apple Watch and to be having an issue already is very annoying after spending so much!
