Macbook bought in China can’t access websites outside of the country

Hi there,

So i bought a Macbook in Shanghai 2 months ago because i was living/working there and now i am out of the country (Vietnam currently, if that some how would be relevant to the technical issue).

Something very weird is happening with the Mac. 70% of the time i can’t access the standard websites that are blocked in the mainland (google, youtube, instagram etc), but sometimes i can??

The weirdest thing is it will randomly let me access this websites or have them unavailable. I would connect to wifi and can’t access them, only for some minutes late to be reachable or the other way around. Very confusing.

I tried dns flushing, changing network settings, turning off and on firewall, but nothing gives constant results, its still goes on and off randomly.

Looks like some system setup because i see the same issue on different browsers.

Any suggestions how to solve this issue?
