Deleting Text Messages on Apple Watch
Can text messages be deleted from Apple watch remotely.
No, and texts on the watch do not sync with iCloud either, meaning if you delete a text on your iPhone it does not get deleted on your watch.

No… why would you need a passcode if you could.
