How do I give my touchbar a simulated brightness value?

My touchbar flickers frequently, and after investigation, the worse the light, the more it flickers.

When I shine a light on the light sensor, the flashing stops immediately.

So I was wondering if there was a way to manually value the light sensor?

Or give the touchbar program an incorrect value?

The best part of course is that the Apple were able to fix the issue, and so many people encountered the issue that they even replaced the Touchbar.

As far as I know, Touchbar does not change the brightness according to the light, why is it used by the light sensor

I believe this is a software bug that can be resolved through a software patch. Why opt for hardware repair through after-sales service when the issue can be fixed with a software update?

I don't want to pay a single penny for the ugly touch bar; I have never used it. I just find it too distracting in dark environments due to its flickering, so I've been searching everywhere for a solution.

While searching for a solution, I noticed that many users have encountered this issue. However, it seems like you are unwilling to investigate the root cause of the problem, and I have reasons to suspect that you intentionally caused this issue to clear out the inventory of touch bars.
