Beats solo3 problem

I bought a Beats Solo3 almost 8 months ago. Now, it doesn't work on the right side. What can I do?

Beats Solo 3 sound is choppy on PC I want to use my Beats on my PC, but the sound is choppy, it comes in and out. They work perfect on my iphone, so I am assuming it's a PC problem. Everything is up to date, I ran a blue tooth troubleshooter, but nothing seems to be helping!!

First try resetting them: Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones - Apple Support
