blocked spam phone calls
I have blocked a spam phone call, why can they still leave me messages and how can I stop them recording messages

The only thing the phone can do is reject the call. When a call is rejected, your carrier sends it to voicemail. It would have to be blocked at the carrier level to prevent that. Contact your cellular carrier and see if they offer such a service.
