Cant connect to iTunes Store

whenever i try to dowload an app, i need to put my password, and then it tells me that i cant connect to itunes store, and it says “tap to review accouny info in itunes store” when i tap review, it says cannot connnrct to itunes store, i tried looking for help in the intrenet, but all they say is “restart device, etc” I treid that, My internet connection is fine, and apple id as well. What should i do? I cant dowload anything, Please give me an answer to my icloud: ***@icloud.com / Thanks!!!
