My credit card on file expired. I removed the old one and have tried to add the new one, but it gives me an error message and says to contact Apple Support. I tried another credit card and got the same message.

Hi Neil. Turns out that the issue was with the "plus 4" part of the zip code. It was automatically being added to my zip code but I think it was causing a mismatch with the credit card authorization. Deleting the plus 4 part of the zip code allowed me to add the cards.
