Refund not Received
Last December I purchased an in-app purchase subscription on kilonotes and CollaNotes. I requested a refund and after a day, I received an email that my request was approved. However, up until today, I haven't received the refunded money. It's not showing on my credit card. It says refunded on the the status whenever I check the request. Please help me, it's been days already and it's not yet reflected on my account.
