When I try to log into my KAISER PERMANENTE health care site, Safari now says that it cannot open that. I really need to get into Kaiser so what should I do?

I don't know what the problem may be but I always keep a second browser installed for cases like that.
One option is Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/
You can install a second browser and only use it when you need to and continue to use Safari at other times.
In some cases the second browser may not work either, which make the problem most likely Kaiser's.
