iPhone 13 Lost Signal

hello, I'm from Indonesia, I just bought IP 13 two weeks ago, but I have problems like the signal is sometimes lost, like it's not strong or something, and I don't know what to do because there is no official service center in my area, can anyone explain?

I’ve noticed several other iPhone 17 users reporting identical connectivity symptoms, which suggests a broader pattern worth investigating. I’m posting here to highlight this recurring issue and to see if any users or Apple representatives have received updates or solutions that fully restore signal stability.
