IPHONE UNAVAILABLE TRY AGAIN in 60 minutes

my iphone 14 pro max keeps telling me iphone unavailable try again. I did not try to sign in with my password. I know my password.

The phone is asking for your Passcode. Wait 60 minutes and then enter the correct Passcode to get things back to normal.
