trying to upload videos from Mac mini to apple icloud but it has stopped at 12.88 of 22 gb. I have plenty of space in icloud.
how can I get it to restart.
I have tried from a folder on my desk top and have also tried putting that folder of videos into iphoto ??

Depends on the size of the video. Assuming it is 22GB, it's best to sync that in iCloud Drive. Just drop the file into the iCloud Drive folder in finder (assuming you have iCloud Drive turned on).
A 22GB video is too large to sync using photos as it exceeds the size limit. But, the entire file can upload using file sync to iCloud.
