MP4 files exporting at 59.91 or .93

Last Thursday I upgrade to Sonoma, on Friday one of my 59.94 projects started to export at 59.91. After checking other projects, they either exported fine or one of them at 59.94. I have not changed any export settings and actually created all new Compressor settings to see if that would fix the issue. I have been able to narrow it down to one project, so I went through and remove any and all effects and generators, that still did not fix the issue.This one project was exporting fine prior to the OS upgrade. I am just left scratching my head wondering if Sonoma is to blame.

Has anyone seen this or is there anything I can try to see if it is the cause of the slower frame rate?

Hmmm, strange. First I've ever heard of this. Did you try resetting FCP prefs? It's an easy thing to do when FCP acts strangely. Hold Option and Command while launching FCP and choose Delete Preferences. It will open the default Untitled library. Re-open the library you were working on, set the Preferences back to the way you like them (disable background rendering, reset Import to Leave Files in Place, etc.) and see if the issue has been resolved.

Can you give a screenshot of the project properties? What are the original media specs?

Where are you seeing the 59.91 number?

Sorry I’m the delay in getting back to you. It’s a really weird problem. You should report it to feedback. The few tests I ran with a mix of 29.97 and 59.94 exported correctly. None of the material was from an iPhone.

Thanks. Are you using send to Compresor or Compresor setting in FCP?

Here is my settings in Compressor -

Expected settings are 720p 59.94fps.

This is a head scratcher, for sure. Started when i upgraded to Sonoma - Im am starting to believe it is the issue or at least is shining a light on a settings issue.
