It's a scam trying to trick you into buying useless software.. Apple will never send a message like this. Close the window and delete the message.

All such messages are scam presented by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Never download anything based on such messages. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
