Safari not opening on iphone

Safari won't open, it has a white screen and then crashes. I also tried to open a link from my email and Safari does the same thing. I have the most recent iOS updated and I have tried clearing browser history and web data and still not working.

iPhone Safari new tab is now completely blank page Previously, when I would open a new tab in Safari, it would show me my favorite bookmarks. However, lately it shows me a completely blank black page. I have looked online about how to edit my start page in Safari, and they all say there should at least always be a button that lets me edit the page, but there is literally nothing, as my screenshot shows. Safari continually freezes on iPad Safari continually freezing on my iPad. Cleaned everything, no open tabs, history/cache cleaned. Horribly annoying

Hi Rudegar, yes tried this and still doesn't work. Any other ideas?
