Apple Watch full charge notifications.

Hi Forum.

Recently, I have noticed an intermittent issue, not sure if is to do with my iPhone 15 pro max or my Watch ultra 2.

When I have my ultra watch on charge, I am not getting a notification on my IPhone telling me the watch is fully charged.

I was wondering if the forum could give me some input on this issue.

Thanks in advance for any replies/feedback..

ps. The iPhone is on iOS 17.2.1 and the Watch ultra is on watch os 10.2.

Did you already force restart your iPhone?

Can you see the charging status on your iPhone, in case you have the Battery Widget installed?

This might be an iPhone 15 software issue, since I'm still getting the notifications from my Apple Watch Ultra 2 on my iPhone 12mini.

You can install a battery widget on your phone to monitor the battery status of your devices:

Add, edit, and remove widgets on iPhone - Apple Support

Which looks like this on my iPhone:

I had to force restart my Apple Watch and iPhone yesterday as well, since the Fitness data did not sync between them.

It started to work again after the force restart.

Thanks for your reply. No, I have not done a force restart on the iPhone 15, though I did one on the watch. Will do that now and will post tomorrow. I’m not clear on what you said regarding charging status on the iPhone and battery widget. Maybe you could elaborate?Thanks.
