Applications are not saving new files

Hi! a few days ago my Mac stopped saving new files, whenever I try to click on save or save as,I just get a loading colorful circle and it does not show the saving option, it happens on almost all apps, when I click on save, finder also becomes non responsive

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling apps, and even reinstalling MacOS and I cannot make it work, it works from a moment when I restart the device, but then the problem starts again

Is anyone else having this same problem? I have a MacBook Air m2

I was able to find the solution after lots of troubleshooting steps, with the new update, iCloud sync was causing all the errors, my computer went back to normal when I disabled the feature
