Stuck in frustrating loop/deadlock - Can't verify profile as the phone number wasn't entered (ABC took the wrong number by default) and not ABC is not allowing to edit it without verifying the number. Phone Number can't be changed without verifying.

Hello, I've made multiple reports about my apple business pin location not being correct. Our physical address is correct but the pin is showing up on the building next to our building. I repeatedly have tried to update the pin location on the apple business connect but it never changes location after I update it. It's been months and it has still not been fixed. I even made a post about it on this forum two months ago and they resolved a different issue, but not the pin location being wrong. Steps I've taken to resolve this: -Made multiple reports from multiple different phones -Made a post on this forum -Deleted/recreated/updated the physical address on the business page (multiple times) -Updated the pin location on the business page (multiple times) Any suggestions for how to get this resolved?

I recommend calling Apple's dedicated support line for Apple Business Manager. Support for Apple Business Manager: 1-866-902-7144

This sounds like an issue only Apple will be able to resolve on the back end.
