Can I delete all web browsers from my iPhone?

I want to delete Safari from my iPhone and not have a replacement default web browser. Is that possible? If not why not? Thank you for any help.

You could, I suppose, experiment with Screen Time.

You could also delete Safari from the Home Screen, just leaving it in the App Library.

Or, use Focus to hide it. You can set Focus so that it shows only specific screens with specific apps on them.

Sorry, I should have asked if not is there a way for me to disable it or block access to it, not why not? I want to turn my phone into a quasi dumb phone, is the reason. I only need texting, calendar, email, music/podcasts, phone calls, maps and notes to function with it. I know there are dumb phones but they seem pretty clunky with those things. I don’t have social media apps on my phone but I use safari for them. I’m looking to shut that access down.
